Increase Your Knowledge About Food Combinations

I have been a very strict food amalgamator for many years and I see an increase in my digestion.

Now, I am a little more relaxed with the rules but there are some that I rarely break. For example, I only eat melon alone on an empty stomach to avoid stomach aches.

Also, I don't eat a lot of desserts, especially those with dried fruit and nuts. Fruits don't join well with fat and protein in nuts and almost always give me gas and bloating.
