On the contrary, aloe juice is packed with benefits. Among other important nutrients, for example, contain vitamins A, E, and C and carotenoids, betacarotene.
Each is an antioxidant that is strong in itself, but they work together in the body to fight aging and degeneration of body cells which may be caused by free radical activity. These products may have a strong and not always laxative effect, and should be avoided in pregnancy and while breastfeeding. Use juice made from pure aloe vera and look for the highest concentration of products available. 100% aloe vera juice is ideal, maybe with a little extra natural fruit juice to counteract the bitter taste. Be careful, even though it won't cure the miracle soon.
