Olive oil content and its advantages

Consisting of 75% monounsaturated fats and only 13% saturated fats, olive oil is far healthier than other fats such as butter, high-fat meat.

It is therefore not surprising that the Mediterranean diet, which uses olive oil as the main fat of food, increases the intake of fish, vegetables, and beans, and limits meat and dairy foods related to good health and reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease and diabetes.

Monounsaturated oil is believed to cause less production of bile acids in the digestive tract which triggers colon cancer.

Being more stable than polyunsaturated fats, they tend to produce free radicals that make dangerous blood cholesterol (low-density lipoprotein, or "LDL").

LDL damages blood vessels and can make changes in genes that can cause cancer. Scientists have found that many of the health benefits of this particular oil come from more than 30 plant compounds that have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects and can improve heart health and protect against cancer.

However, we must remember not to cook this oil. Heating causes the enzyme to be destroyed, fat becomes carcinogenic (which means cancer), carbohydrates (sugar) become caramel, and vitamins and minerals decrease.

If we personify the food we eat, honey and olive oil will definitely be best friends.

I can think of at least two reasons for this:


1) Both fluids are commonly found together in many vegetable salad recipes, bread, grills and marinate, etc. Both are best eaten raw because of their natural goodness and taste.

When both are sprinkled and combined in sweet dishes such as salads, they complement each other and provide a wonderful sense of sunlight in the food combined with them.

2) When we begin to calculate the benefits of olive oil, the amount of criticism triggered can sometimes be the same as when we praise the goodness of honey.

Protests from some people are somewhat similar for two meals; even though honey comes from bees, it's still a good name for sugar, and sugar is terrible; and olive oil doesn't matter what is still fat, and fat is bad for our body.

My response to this comment: honey and olive oil are healthier food alternatives. Even though there is good sugar and bad sugar, and also, while there is bad fat, there is also good fat. And eating good sugar and good fats can be beneficial for our body.

As always, I want to say this again, finding pleasure in tasting all the food, but eating carefully and not excessively.

Honey and Olive Oil are equally beneficial for Humans, a little sacrifice with a rather expensive price, but you are actually investing in your long-term health.
