* 1/2 lemon juice Bring boiling water, 

then add herbal powder. 
Bring to a boil for 10 minutes. 
Strain the tea into a cup, add maple syrup and lemon, 
stir until smooth. 
Drink warm. Makes 1 portion.

Recipe for Indian Tumeric Pickles: 
Stored in a sterile sealed glass bottle in the hot sun for 15 days before eating. 
2 tbps Coarse chopped Tumeric juice fresh from 1 Lime 3 Limes, cut into 1 cm rough pieces

1 - 2 tsp Numeric Powder
