Vitamin E oil

capsule and applying the content to the scar. But this topical use of vitamin E

In 1986 one of the largest studies to investigate the
effects of vitamin E on scars was published in The Journal of Burn Care and
Rehabilitation. In conclusion: the use of vitamin E does not cause a noticeable
increase in the size, thickness or appearance of scars.
Side effects
Other studies from 1999 also did not show
improvement. Most of the scars actually look worse than the control group
scars. In addition, about 30 percent of patients experience an allergic skin
reaction (dermatitis) in response to the treatment of vitamin E.
Not only are there no scientific examples of vitamin
E that results in repair of scars, many doctors and dermatologists recommend
using topical vitamin E on scars.

avocado, olive oil, almonds and spinach.
